CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. This allows sufficient time to accommodate other clients. If the cancellation is made within this time frame, your deposit can be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Refunds will be received 3-5 business days after cancellation.
